A Temperature Hold feature allows you to take a temperature at any angle even when the display is not visible to determine the precise temperature on any part of a turkey, roast, or other large meat. The included protective probe sheat will snap onto the end of the thermometer to extend its reach. The waterproof design allows you to rinse it under water.
