The heavyweight aluminum of this pizza pan transfers heat evenly for a golden brown crust, every time. The wide rim allows the baker to create an ample pizza crust “handle”. The reinforced beaded edge makes it easy to transfer the pan in and out of the oven as well as preventing warping. It is strong and durable, withstanding heat of up to 400 degrees F. Coat the surface with oil, butter or margarine, sprinkle a thin layer of semolina flour, then add the pizza dough and bake according to the recipe. The non-porous surface eliminates the worry of cross contamination. It will not warp or rust, and wipes clean easily with a damp sponge. Use a mild dish soap as necessary, and dry thoroughly.
