The Kyocera Adjustable Slicer produces perfect slices in 4 different widths: 0.5 mm, 1.3 mm, 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm.It performs many of the functions of a mandoline but is smaller and easier to store as well as costing much less than a full size madoline.
