The result is bakeware which will not crack or warp when exposed to significant temperature changes. Porcelain is known for even heating, without over or under baked spots. A hybrid of a baking dish and sheet pan, it is perfect for easy slab pies, breads, tarts, sheet cakes or just an elegant sheet pan.
