This is a spring-action lobster cracker that will open shells and remove the delicate meat from inside without damaging it. It is made of extra sturdy chrome-plated zinc alloy with silicone handles which are slip-free even when hands are wet. Spring action returns to the open position for faster cracking and opens up to 48 degrees for cracking larger claws. The sawtooth edge in 2 sizes helps crack different size shells easily.
