Cake Decorating 103 Hands On with Chef AJ DeDiego

Join Chef AJ DeDiego for Cake Decorating 103! In this class, AJ will go over how to make Italian Meringue Buttercream--a delicious creamy, dreamy icing that is a dream to work with and eat. Students will also learn how to make a fruit filling and to assemble a layer cake.

We do not allow groups larger than six to book in public classes. Please complete the private events form to inquire about a custom experience for your group.
