Italian Comfort - Hands On with Chef Cynthia Graubart
Spice up your weeknight routine with this hands-on Italian menu! You’ll learn to build layers of flavor as we prepare tender chicken Marsala paired with creamy polenta and roast vibrant broccolini with garlic and chili oil. A rustic Tuscan panzanella salad adds freshness and color to the menu, while individual tiramisus provide a sweet, classic finish. Along the way, you’ll practice key techniques like simmering sauces, searing proteins, and assembling a show-stopping dessert. This menu is as repeatable at home as it is impressive—perfect for creating delicious memories long after class ends.
