A Mediterranean Evening: Branzino Dinner - Hands On with Chef Cynthia Graubart
Learn to prepare a refined Mediterranean menu perfect for entertaining. We’ll roast a whole branzino to tender, flaky perfection, pair it with a bright fresh fennel salad, and prepare a deeply flavorful Mediterranean ratatouille using classic techniques for layering vegetables and aromatics. Dessert is a fragrant Greek lemon olive oil cake, showcasing the simplicity and balance of Mediterranean baking.
You’ll learn how to confidently cook a whole fish, build bright and balanced flavors, layer vegetables for depth, and coordinate multiple dishes into a relaxed yet impressive meal.
