Make perfectly shaped poached eggs for breakfast, eggs benedict, and breakfast sandwiches with this non-stick insert. Lightly coat the cups with oil, crack an egg into each cup, carefully lower into an inch of simmering water, and cover until cooked to your preference, about 2 to 4 minutes.
