Terry’s tamper is a must have for both professional and novice baristas. The dual ends of the tamper evenly distribute, compress, and level ground coffee for a denser, richer, and more flavorful espresso brew. There are two flat tamping sides - one measuring 2” diameter and the other 2.25” diameter. It is made of commercial quality, heavy die cast aluminum alloy designed by a professional barista. It also works well in the kitchen to tamp and press pastry into pans or create mini slider patties.
