The Pullman Loaf pan allows at home bakers to create perfectly shaped sandwich bread! With the lid on, you can bake lovely square loaves, and with the lid off, the loaves will have square bottoms and rounded tops. USA bakeware conducts heat efficiently, so you may need to reduce time and temperature as needed. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. To maintain the Americoat nonstick surface, do not use sharp metal utensils, but instead use silicone, nylon, or wooden ones.
