    I bought the Viking PureGlide Pro 3-ply Fry Pan last month and in the short time I have had it, it has transformed my daily cooking. Simply follow the easy instructions to heat the pan before adding any fat and to melt the fat before adding food to be cooked. Most importantly, do not cook above the Medium temperature range as it is not necessary and it will harm your pan and burn your food. Cooking at Medium or lower absolutely works given the excellent heat conduction of this pan. Nothing sticks and everything cooks perfectly. I highly recommend the Viking PureGlide line of cookware.
