This King Caraway is grown by smallholder farmers in central Egypt, in an oasis west of the Nile. Seeds are harvested by hand from an heirloom variety of white-flowered caraway. “King” describes this caraway with plump seeds and bold flavor, with an herbal brightness and sweetness.
