If you need to cancel a class, please review our cancellation policy below before contacting us.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. To receive either a refund or a credit toward another class, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class time.

Much like tickets for concerts, sporting events, or other live experiences, class reservations become non-refundable within 72 hours of the event. If you’re unable to attend, you’re always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

Because our classes are reservation-based, we purchase fresh ingredients and schedule staffing in advance based on enrollment. Your understanding helps us continue providing the exceptional boutique cooking experiences our guests have come to expect.
