For all public cooking class inquiries, including dietary restrictions and class change requests, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to reach our cooking school director. If you need to cancel a class, please refer to the cancellation policy below before contacting us.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 72 hours notice prior to the class to receive a refund or credit toward another class. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Please think of signing up for our classes like you would purchasing a ticket for a concert or sporting event—you can always send someone else in your place, but refunds cannot be issued.
- We are a reservation-based school, and our classes require purchasing of ingredients and adequate staffing ahead of time, which is based on class attendance.
- We appreciate your understanding that this is how we are able to maintain our business and staff and provide boutique-style service executed at the highest level.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
CLASS CONFIRMATION: You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your class, which is proof that you are registered. No physical "tickets" are mailed. If you do not receive an email with an order number, be sure to check your SPAM folder first, then email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 72 hours prior to the class to receive a refund or credit toward another class. Class credit is not available for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class. If you are unable to attend a class or event for which you have enrolled, you may give your tickets to friends or family. Please email us at email@example.com to let us know who will attend in your place. We are a reservation-based school, and our classes require purchasing of ingredients and adequate staffing ahead of time, which is based on class attendance.
WAITLIST: If a class is sold out, please enter your email address under the verbiage "Please notify me when an item is back in stock." You will automatically receive an email if seats become available.
CLASS TYPE: For classes listed Hands On, expect to work in teams of three to five students to execute the listed menu. For classes listed as Demonstration, students do not participate in the kitchen. Hands on classes accommodate up to 16 students. Partial Hands On and Demo classes accommodate up to 26 students. Private events accommodate up to 30 students.
GROUPS: We do not allow groups larger than six to book in public classes. Please complete the private events form to inquire about a custom experience for your group.
PRICES: All prices are listed per person unless otherwise noted.
ALCOHOL: For most public classes, a glass of complimentary red or white wine is served once seated for the meal service. Unfortunately we do not allow BYOB at this time.
ARRIVAL: Please plan on arriving around 10 minutes early. Check in at the cash wrap upon entering the store. Classes start promptly at the designated time listed.
ATTIRE: Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied up. We provide aprons to be worn during your time in the kitchen.
AGE LIMIT: Please email us about signing up children under the age of 18, unless class is specifically designated for kids or teens. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis. If an exception is made, an adult must purchase a seat in the class to attend alongside the minor. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for permission. We reserve the right to turn away minors without express written permission from cooking school director.
ALLERGIES/DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Nuts and common food allergens are frequently used in our kitchens. If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, or adhere to a vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian diet, please contact email@example.com BEFORE booking so see if an accommodation can be made. Comments or questions left in booking registration notes will not be accommodated. Classes use common foods and ingredients including shellfish, seafood, pork, beef, poultry, poultry stock, fruits and vegetables, nuts, spices, wheat flours, etc. Not all ingredients will be listed in the course description.
MEAL & LEFTOVERS: Students attending classes will receive a tasting portion of the food prepared. Due to health department regulations, leftovers are not allowed outside of the classroom, unless specifically mentioned in the class description.
PARKING: We are located behind the Pet Supermarket in Ansley Mall. Park in the Pet Supermarket/Publix parking lot.
