With a half turn of the ergonomic handle, the wires twist into 3 forms - the mini balloon whisk for whipping, a sauce whisk for shallow liquids and gravy, and a flat whisk suitable for scrambling eggs. When flat, it stores easily in a drawer without tangling with other tools.
