Cake Decorating 102 Hands On with Chef AJ DeDiego

Join Chef AJ DeDiego for Cake Decorating 102! In this class, AJ will go over how to make Swiss Meringue Buttercream and use it for various cake decorations such as buttercream flowers and striped or streaked patterns on cakes. Cakes are made in advance so students can focus on decorating techniques.
