If a Hestan cookware item is believed to be defective, you may submit your warranty request and photographs of the product by emailing support@hestanculinary.com. Hestan warrants to the original purchaser that it will replace any defective part or item which is identified and verified during the warranty period or, at Hestan’s discretion, substitute a replacement pan of similar value. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Minor scratches and discoloration do not affect the performance of Hestan cookware. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. Misuse that will void the product warranty include, but are not limited to, overheating, oven or broiler misuse, sharp metal utensil or appliance damage on nonstick product surfaces, using oven cleansers or scouring pads, cleaning neglect and dishwasher use on product lines not safe for dishwater use.
