The Ooni Infrared Thermometer allows you to accurately measure the surface temperature of your pizza oven instantly. Just aim the laser guide to the middle of the pizza stone and the laser reading will appear on the display screen. For best results, approximately 752°F (400°C) will cook a terrific pizza in about 60 seconds. The thermometer measures temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
