The easy to read oversized display (50% larger than most kitchen scales) is located between user friendly touch sensitive controls. You can easily obtain the exact weight of food or fluids without their container as the Tare Button resets the scale to zero to subtract the container. If you have an oversized object covering the display, simply press “hold” and when the scale beeps, remove the container to see the displayed measurement. After 5 minutes of inactivity, the scale automatically shuts off to preserve battery life. Two CR2032 batteries are included in the box, so you can start measuring immediately. The scale’s dimensions are 9”L x 6.5”W x 0.75”H.
