Join Chefs Nancy and Crystal for a vibrant culinary journey through the Southern Hemisphere, where bold flavors and fresh ingredients take center stage. You'll enjoy a menu inspired by the diverse cuisines of Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. And, of course, each dish will be paired with the perfect wine that highlights the flavors and the region.
