Celebrate the flavors of summer with Summer Seafood Ravioli Workshop, a hands-on class dedicated to the art of fresh pasta and seasonal ravioli fillings.
In this class, you’ll begin by learning how to prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch, mastering the techniques needed to roll, shape, and form delicate ravioli. Once the pasta is prepared, you’ll create three distinctive fillings that highlight bright summer flavors and luxurious seafood.
You’ll make a light and vibrant Lemon & Ricotta filling, a savory Sun-Dried Tomato, Shrimp, Mushroom & Spinach combination, and an indulgent Crab Mascarpone filling that brings richness and coastal flavor to the dish.
To round out the menu, you’ll prepare a refreshing Arugula, Berry, and Burrata Salad, a perfect seasonal pairing that balances the richness of the ravioli with fresh greens and sweet summer fruit.
By the end of class, you’ll have the skills and confidence to create handmade ravioli at home, making your next pasta night—or summer gathering—something truly special.
We do not allow groups larger than six to book in public classes. Please complete the private events form to inquire about a custom experience for your group. We also do not allow BYOB. A tasting of house wine will be provided.
