Steakhouse Date Night – Hands-On Cooking Class

Start by mastering the art of the perfect Bourbon Butter Rib Eye Steak, learning how to achieve a beautifully seared crust and juicy interior, finished with a rich, velvety butter. Build your steakhouse spread with a smoky Grilled Romaine Salad with Buttermilk Dressing, where charred greens meet cool, tangy flavors for the perfect contrast.

You’ll also learn the secrets to a Classic Baked Potato with crisp skin and a fluffy interior, alongside a luxurious Steakhouse Creamed Spinach—silky, savory, and deeply satisfying. For dessert, dive into technique with a decadent Chocolate Mousse, focusing on whipping and folding methods to achieve a light, airy texture.
