The Original Swiss Peeler has a feather-weight design, but tackles a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and potatoes with razor-sharp carbon steel blades. There is a convenient integrated potato eye remover and will fit in the left or gith hand. The blades have an ultra sharp, long lasting edge but should be dried thoroughly after washing.
