Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with bold flavors and festive fun in Guac It Out: Cinco de Mayo Edition with Chef Za. In this lively class, you’ll learn how to create a vibrant Mexican-inspired spread perfect for entertaining, gathering with friends, or bringing the spirit of the holiday to your own kitchen.

Chef Za will guide you through the techniques and flavor balance behind several beloved dishes, starting with rich and deeply seasoned Chicken Birria, served taco-style with warm tortillas and bright garnishes. You’ll also prepare classic Steak Street Tacos, layered with fresh toppings and authentic flavors.

No Cinco de Mayo spread would be complete without the essentials. You’ll learn how to make fresh Pico de Gallo, creamy Queso, and of course a perfectly balanced Guacamole, mastering the art of seasoning, texture, and freshness that make these staples truly shine.

To complete the celebration, the evening wraps up with a refreshing Passionfruit Margarita, the perfect bright and citrusy pairing for this festive menu.
