The silicone bread sling is reusable and extremely convenient for baking bread in a Dutch oven. Not only does it eliminate the need for lining the Dutch oven with parchment, but also helps lift the loaf out so as not to damage it. Simply place the sling in the bottom of a 4 qt. Dutch oven, lightly grease, then place the shaped loaf into the pan for the second rise. After proofing, place the lid on the pan with the tabs of the sling sticking out. After baking, use the table to lift the loaf out of the pan.
