Wusthof’s Classic line, with its traditional triple riveted design, has been Wusthof’s best-selling collection for generations.  These full tang knives are precision-forged from a single piece of an exclusive high-carbon stainless steel and feature a highly durable synthetic handle made of POM which has a tight molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.  With a longer and narrower blade than a chef’s knife, the carving knife cleanly cuts through meat.  It also has a pointed tip which is designed to help guide meat away from the bone.  You will find it useful for carving fruit, meat, roast, dry or semi-dry sausage and vegetables.
