Celebrate Juneteenth with a vibrant, flavor-packed cooking experience that honors tradition, seasonality, and community. In this hands-on class, Chef Za brings together bold Southern flavors and fresh summer ingredients to create a menu that is both meaningful and unforgettable.

You’ll learn techniques that elevate classic comfort dishes—balancing sweet, smoky, and savory elements while incorporating bright, herbaceous accents. From perfectly cooked BBQ chicken to rich, creamy sides and a showstopping dessert, this class is designed to help you recreate a festive summer spread for gatherings all season long.

Menu:

• Peach BBQ Chicken – Sweet, smoky, and tangy chicken glazed with a seasonal peach barbecue sauce
• Macaroni and Cheese – Creamy, comforting classic with rich, cheesy depth
• Grilled Summer Vegetable Medley – Charred seasonal vegetables with fresh, vibrant flavor
• Chimichurri – A bright, herb-forward sauce to add balance and freshness
• Whiskey & Peach Tiramisu – A Southern-inspired twist on the classic dessert
