In this hands-on experience with Chef Cynthia, you’ll explore the essential techniques and pantry spices that define Moroccan cuisine—layering bold flavors while creating a menu that’s both impressive and approachable.
You’ll learn how to build depth and complexity in Braised Chicken with Artichokes and Lemons, balancing savory, citrus, and spice for a dish that’s both comforting and elegant. Master the art of Spiced Couscous with Almonds, achieving light, fluffy grains infused with warm spices and texture. Brighten the table with a refreshing Zucchini Salad with Chermoula, a vibrant herb sauce that adds freshness and balance to the meal.
To finish, you’ll bake Meskouta (Moroccan Orange Cake)—a tender, citrus-scented dessert that perfectly captures the warmth and fragrance of Moroccan baking.
