Celebrate the bright flavors of the Sicilian table in Sicilian Spring Market: Fresh Pasta & Seafood, a seasonal cooking class inspired by the vibrant ingredients of late spring.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of fresh pasta making, creating delicate tagliatelle from scratch while mastering the techniques that give homemade pasta its signature texture and flavor. Your pasta will be paired with a light yet deeply flavorful Frutta di Mare, featuring shrimp, mussels, and langostino in a seafood medley that reflects the coastal cooking of Sicily.

To begin the meal, you’ll prepare a refreshing Peach and Tomato Caprese Salad, combining sweet seasonal fruit with ripe tomatoes and fresh herbs for a bright and elegant starter.

The evening concludes with a fragrant Limoncello Olive Oil Cake, a classic Italian dessert that highlights the delicate citrus notes and tender crumb created by olive oil baking.

This menu celebrates the fresh energy of spring and the simple elegance of Sicilian cooking—perfect inspiration for seasonal entertaining at home.
