This Zwilling Miyabi Kaizen 9.5 inch bread knife is a beautiful knife made for slicing fresh loaves of bread. The sharp, serrated edge lets you make perfect slices of any type of bread from thick, multi-grain loaves to crunchy baguettes. This Miyabi Kaizen bread knife is super-sharp because it has a hand-honed edge and is sharpened to 9.5-12 degrees on each side. It also has a black Micarta handle and a wonderful Damascus appearance on the blade as a result of 64 layers of stainless steel clad to the core.
