Take your Taco Tuesday to the next level in this bold, flavor-packed hands-on cooking class with Chef Za. Guac It Out is all about fresh ingredients, vibrant salsas, and mastering the techniques behind unforgettable tacos—perfect for weeknight cooking or casual entertaining.
In this class, you’ll learn how to balance heat, acidity, and texture across a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. From perfectly seasoned proteins to bright, refreshing salsas and slaws, Chef Za will guide you through building tacos that are layered, dynamic, and anything but ordinary. You’ll also shake up a crisp, refreshing cocktail to round out the experience.

- Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos – Boldly spiced fish with a smoky, flavorful crust
- Steak Street Tacos – Juicy, seasoned steak served simply with classic toppings
- Carrot and Ginger Slaw – A bright, crunchy slaw with a hint of sweetness and spice
