Spring Dinner Party (Hands-On Class) - Chef Michelle Pellegri
Celebrate the flavors of spring and learn to host a beautiful, seasonal dinner party in this hands-on class with Chef Michelle. Designed for both aspiring entertainers and home cooks, this class will guide you through an elegant, Italian-inspired menu perfect for gathering around the table.
You’ll start by making fresh, homemade pasta dough and transforming it into delicate Pasta Infiorata—ravioli laminated with edible flowers and filled with a bright spring pea mixture. Chef Michelle will walk you through the techniques behind pasta lamination, shaping, and cooking for a stunning and delicious result.
Next, you’ll prepare Insalata Valtellina, a fresh and vibrant salad of arugula, bresaola, lemon, and Parmigiano Reggiano, balancing richness with crisp, citrusy notes. For dessert, you’ll create a Limoncello Pistachio Tart, featuring a homemade pistachio crust filled with silky lemon curd.
To complete the experience, you’ll mix a classic French 75 cocktail—an effervescent blend of gin, lemon, and champagne—perfect for spring celebrations.

We do not allow groups larger than six to book in public classes. Please complete the private events form to inquire about a custom experience for your group. We also do not allow BYOB. A tasting of house wine will be provided with your meal.
