You’ll learn how to achieve the perfect char on Grilled Lemon-Herb Shrimp and discover a lighter, summer-friendly twist on a classic with Grilled Eggplant Parmesan. This version swaps heavy breading for a smoky, grilled profile that captures the essence of backyard dining.
To round out the meal, you’ll assemble a refreshing Crispy Prosciutto and Melon Salad—a masterclass in balancing salt, sweet, and crunch. Finally, leaning into her baking and dessert expertise, Chef Michelle will teach you the secrets to a velvety Roasted Cherry Buttermilk Ice Cream, demonstrating how roasting fruit intensifies flavor for a truly gourmet finish.
